I Didn't Receive My Download Email. Can You Help?

These are the most common reasons why people do not receive their download email immediately after purchase.

1. Your email was received, but went straight to spam. Please search your spam folder by date, and if you find the email, add us as a safe sender. 

2. Your order was placed with a different email address than the one you typically use. This is the email address where your download was sent. The email address associated with your order is tied to the form of payment that you used. To illustrate, many people have a PayPal email address that is different than their regularly used email address. 

3. You purchased your order using PayPal credit or did not have enough money in your PayPal account to cover the transaction. In this case, PayPal sometimes issues an electronic check to cover the purchase. Electronic checks take up to one week to clear. As soon as your check clears, our system will automatically send your download email. We are unable to cancel orders that are pending with PayPal until the payment has cleared. 

4. There was a typo when you entered your email address. In this case, please contact support (support@theluxelens.com) to revise your address.
