LUTs are a powerful, flexible color-grading option for editing video and photos! 3D Look-up Tables (LUTs) contain data mapping the color values of your content to specific output color values, effectively transforming the look of an image or video. They work by sampling colors within a 3D color cube, where each axis represents a color channel (red, green, blue). The LUT then remaps the color based on instructions within the cube. These unique tools are one of our most versatile offerings with a variety of file types available depending on your unique editing needs and owned software!

If you only need these for one thing or only plan on using them in one specific software, you’ll only need to select and download the collection files in a single format.

CUBE Format | LUTs - This is the standard format for LUTs. These will work in most video editing software to color grade video. These can also be applied via adjustment layers in select photo-editing software as well. While not compatible with Lightroom, this is the most universal format. Common software: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.

AFLUTs Format | LUTs Categories for Affinity Photo - This format allows you to import LUTs quickly and easily in Affinity Photo as a LUT category for image editing.

XMP FORMAT | Lightroom Profiles - This format allows you to import LUTs as hover-to-preview, click-to-apply amount-slider compatible Lightroom Profiles to edit images in Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, Photoshop ACR, and Lightroom Mobile (imported directly on Android, or synced from desktop on iOS). Can be used in tandem with global presets and/or AI Adaptive presets.

PSAP FORMAT | Photoshop Adjustment Presets - This format allows you to import LUTs as hover-to-preview, click-to-apply Adjustment Presets in subscription versions of Photoshop to edit images directly from the Photoshop workspace.

Most video editing software offers unique guidance to applying and manipulating CUBE format LUTs (Look-Up Tables) for your video footage: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro X, DaVinci Resolve, LumaFusion, Speedgrade, After Effects, Filmora, VegasPro, Avid Media Composer, & many more.

Our CUBE format video LUTs are designed to work with LOG/Flat footage.

Yes! For video editing, these will work in any mobile app that supports CUBE format LUTs including the FREE VN mobile app!

For photo editing, the Lightroom Profiles can be directly imported into the Lightroom Mobile app for Android, or synced to the Lightroom Mobile app on iOS!*

*Adobe has not designed the iOS app to support direct import of profiles.
