Compatibility by Product Type

Our collections are built to include as many options as possible, some of these options may not work for your software.  Learn more about which tools work in which software and which products work in software other than Lightroom & Photoshop below! 

Presets (a.k.a. "general presets" or "workflow presets") make global changes to an image in Lightroom or Photoshop's Adobe Camera Raw. These are the full edit presets that are the core of our collections. They cannot be stacked and should be applied alone or before using a tool or layer preset. These do not include AI presets.

Tool Presets or "stackable" presets are presets that change one or only a few quick settings to make small targeted adjustments in Lightroom or Photoshop's Adobe Camera Raw. They are typically used after a general preset has been applied to make any additional changes to perfect or enhance the image. They are fully optional and are built to create a quick custom workflow designed to compliment the theme of the preset collection you are using.

Our All-New Adaptive AI & Special Effects presets rely on the latest Adobe Updates to create realistic snow, light, and atmospheric effects & localized retouching in just one click in LIGHTROOM! These specific Effects Presets and Toolkits will require the most current paid subscription of Lightroom, Lightroom Classic, and/or Photoshop to function. These are installed and work just like general presets in Lightroom CC, Lightroom Classic, and Photoshop.

Special Effects Presets (like our Snow and Golden Hour Effects) will require the Premium (paid subscription) version of the Lightroom Mobile App to function.

*Some Adaptive AI Presets that involve more specific subject & background masking will not work on older mobile devices. We will update as more functionality is available for mobile! 

Local Adjustment Brushes or Local Adjustment Presets are a tools designed for the local adjustment brush or masking feature in Adobe's Lightroom Classic. They only affect targeted or localized areas as painted on with the local adjustment brush or other masking tools in Lightroom Classic and are typically used for retouching. These are included in most of our preset collections, but we also offer the Luxe & Brixton brushes as a standalone produc

Lightroom Video Presets are video-optimized presets. They are created to work in the latest subscription versions of the Lightroom (CC) app for desktop & mobile. They install like normal presets and will work on photos but are optimized for editing .mp4 video clips in Lightroom.

Photoshop Actions are recorded playable steps that walk through complex processes in Photoshop. They are designed to either create full color edits on layers over your image, to transform your image, or to allow for easy brush-on professional re-touching or one-click adjustments. It's important to choose the correct format before adding to cart as we sell Actions for both Photoshop & Elements.

Photo overlays are images in JPG or PNG format that are created to scale over your image for creative compositions. You can replace skies, add photo-realistic weather, atmosphere, light, or fun elements like bubbles or confetti to your images in any software that supports layers & blending two images together.

LUTs or color lookup tables are .CUBE format presets created to colorgrade film clips. These can be used in most video-editing software and any photo editing software that allows for adjustment layers targeting lookup tables for color grading. We've included some common programs below, but if you know your software can support .CUBE LUTs, then you can use these!
